One Day I decided to post

Well look at me!!! I am blogging once again. It's been only about a month or so. Might I just add that I did tackle the bathroom! Yay! It looks spectacular but there are no pictures because I am too lazy to upload them. I have not been on the daunting task of rearranging and organizing the basement. What a chore!! I also got the not so brilliant idea to tackle the back bedroom as well. I got alot of the basement organized and rearranged to how I want it yesterday. I have been slowly but surely been tackeling the back bedroom today. Although, I have spent way too much time on the internet to actually be proud of what I have done today. I even had Patti come and get Brighton so I could get it done without his distraction but man, that still hasn't helped. Maybe I am warn out from all of the organizing I did yesterday. Yes, that is what we will call it. Too much of one thing can be a bad thing, isn't that right??
Let me fill you in on the Anderson All Abouts of this past month...
We went to Arizona at the first of October to go and visit my old roommate Jill and her cute little family. I miss Jill like crazy. It is hard to be in another state. We really could be sisters.
We enjoyed their hospitality and fun filled days. Arizona is too hot for me. I thought I might die when we went to the Oktoberfest in Tempe. Then Ben informed me that he would like to get his Master's Degree at ASU...What?? Are you kidding me?? I might die while living in that sauna!! Me and hot do not do well together.
The theatre seems to consume the other part of our lives. I feel sometimes like I eat, sleep, and breath the theatre. how grateful we are that we get to be a part of something so wonderful though. We are grateful that I can be a SAHM. The theatre allows this to happen, and for that, I am forever in it's debt.
Ben works VERY hard so that I can stay home with Brighton. Between working his regular job, he cleans the theatre Monday thru Saturday. That means he is normally out the door by 5 am in the morning and doesn't get home til around 6 pm. He then manages to stay awake and be with Brighton and I for the rest of the night. How grateful I am for a hard working husband that knows that there is no better place for a mom than in their own home teaching the children. He manages to squeeze in Scouts, and when Basketball season comes around he enoys ref"ing. oh yeah, and to top it all of...Starting in January he will be starting school full time. Don't ask me how he is going to do it all? We decided a few months ago that certain dreams were never going to turn into a reality for us...So, we decided together that it would be the best to give up the dream and move on with our lives, and that is what we fully intend too do. He will hit school full force for a few years to finish, and then from there we will analyze and decide what is best for our family.
Our lives manage to stay very busy. Just like everyone else. Somehow, we manage to stay afloat. Sometimes I look back and wonder how in the world we made it through certain situations. Well, back to the grind. I really need to finish the back bedroom. I promise to blog all about the helmet soon. Brighton gets the helmet on Friday!! We are excited for this next journey!

When you are finished with the bedroom and the basement, come and help me tackle mine, okay?
