Birthday Week!

It's been a few weeks since I have blogged. I knew the end of February was going to be tough and busy but we made it through. We celebrate a lot of Birthdays at the end of February. Ben's is on the 22nd, Brighton's is on the 26th and Grandpa Bennion's is today the 28th. We've done nothing but celebrate the last week of this month. This past Monday we had a little get together with family for Ben's birthday. We ate dinner at Training Table in Layton, and then came to our house for cake and ice cream to finish off the night. It was mainly about Brighton because we gave him a cupcake and he went to town on that, and then Grandpa Anderson took Aunt Blair's cupcake and gave that one to Brighton too. That wasn't good enough for Bri so he gave him one more. He enjoyed every last bit of it...considering most of it ended up in his lap or on the floor he enjoyed gearing up for his big 1st birthday on Saturday.
Ben turned 28 this year. It is crazy to think that in two years he will be 30!! I tease him all of the time about it. My ideas are already flowing for the big birthday bash we are going to have for him. Haha!! Sorry Babe!! We love our Daddy so much. We appreciate all that he does for our little family. Brighton loves when his Dad comes home from work or school. He loves that his Daddy plays with him even when Dad is really tired. Ben is a great father to Brighton. I really couldn't have asked for a better husband. He is just wonderful!
